Flight Discovery Program

AAG Indonesia’s Flight Discovery Program is a weekend aviation experience conducted directly at Hang Nadim International Airport in Batam. The program includes a minimum of 45 minutes of real flight time in a Cessna training aircraft alongside a certified flight instructor, combined with an interactive session in our Redbird MCX full-motion simulator.

Participants also receive an interactive aeronautical ground briefing, an official airport security access pass, ramp orientation, local shuttle transportation in Batam, and lunch. 

Yes! Anyone with zero prior experience can take the controls of a Cessna 172. After a quick briefing, your instructor will handle takeoff from Hang Nadim's runway before handing over the controls so you can experience basic maneuvers and scenic views safely.

Of course. The Flight Discovery day begins with ground school covering flight basics. Next, you will try our Redbird MCX full-motion simulator to practice flying using three-axis motion. Finally, you will head to the flight line for a live 45-minute flight in a Cessna aircraft over the coastline.
